Why choose MUNK construction profiles?
- Modular T-slot system: 6–8 mm slots for tool-free connections
- Precision cutting: accurate to the millimetre up to 6 m in length
- Sustainable: durable, versatile and reusable, fully recyclable
What profile sizes does MUNK offer?
MUNK Profiltechnik supplies construction profiles ranging from 30×30 mm to 40×80 mm, all with a T-slot system and available in lengths of up to 6 m.
How does the T-slot connection system work?
T-slots serve as continuous guide rails into which slot nuts or sliding nuts are inserted or swivelled. These elements have a metric thread (M4 – M12) into which screws engage. Connections are then tightened using an Allen or Torx tool. This creates high-strength, yet detachable corner, longitudinal or surface connections – without any welding or drilling into the profile. Special quick-release nuts can be used without tools, but a hex key is usually required for regular assembly.
Is a cutting service available?
Yes, MUNK Profiltechnik cuts all profiles to the desired length with millimetre precision – up to a maximum length of 6 m, burr-free and ready for installation.
